30-Day Return Policy

Rug Zoo stands behind every rug we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your oriental rug purchase, return it to us within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, as you prefer.

Shipping costs on all returns back to Rug Zoo are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that packages be sent back to us via UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages. Goods returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from Rug Zoo will be refused and returned to sender, or incur a substantial fee for processing.

Make sure to call or email us with the parcel tracking number so that we can track the delivery for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival.

Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent. Rugs that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees.

We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

Here are the required steps to follow:

1. Call us toll-free on 1-888-867-0766 or email us at sales@rugzoo.com for your Return Authorization Numbers, RA#.

2. Wrap the rug(s) securely in the original packaging or the equivalent. Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package.

3. Use the carrier of your choice to return the package(s) to the address below unless you are instructed otherwise.

Rugs returned damaged or soiled without a return authorization number or more than 30 days after the return authorization number was issued will incur a 20% restocking fee.

90-Day Store Credit

If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your oriental rug purchase, return it to us within 90 days and we will give you a store credit for the full purchase price which you may apply to the purchase of another rug.

Free Shipping to US & Canada

Rug Zoo uses FedEx as its primary source of transport. Rug Zoo customers may choose from Basic Ground shipping, Express Ground shipping, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air shipments. Please note that only those orders shipped via Basic Ground shipping, qualify for free shipping within US & Canada .

Free shipping is available on all orders shipped via FedEx Regular Shipping option to addresses within US and Canada , ex cluding Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico , & the US Virgin Islands.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must go by air and the shipping charges for that service will be calculated during the checkout process.

While customs and duties on orders shipped to Canada will be covered by Rug Zoo, Canadian residents are required to pay GST. Canadian residents living within the province of Ontario are also required to pay PST.

We do not ship goods to any locations outside those indicated above.

For upgrades to the FedEx Basic Ground shipping option, please contact us for a shipping quotation. Keep in mind that the specific shipping each rug has specific shipping costs calculated automatically at time of checkout. We regret that at this time we are unable to ship our products to APO or PO Box addresses.

For those orders shipped via FedEx' Basic Ground to residences within the US and Canada , you may generally expect your delivery to arrive within 2-3 weeks of order processing. Please note that consignment orders held in an overseas inventory may take longer to arrive.

In the unlikely event that a local competitor, catalog, or online web site advertises the same item for less, we will beat that price by 10% when you order. Typically, there can be several layers of middlemen between the buyer and the rug importer and this adds significantly to the price .

Our buy-direct / sell-direct philosophy means that we eliminate the middlemen and bring the rug to you at a price lower than the wholesale price most rug dealers pay.
